Qualified and continuously trained employees are the basis for the company's success.

This also applies to the field of pharmacovigilance, not only for the company's authorized representatives, but for all personnel involved in the performance of pharmacovigilance activities (see, amongst others, Article 10 of Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 520/2012). Employees must be trained according to their respective tasks and responsibilities.
